An AI Workforce for a Bexleyheath Restaurant: Which Desk Jobs Each Agent Takes

Dean Keating’s own phrase for his service is “an AI workforce”. Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time, and what it does not mean.

An AI workforce for a small business in south-east London is a set of AI agents that each take one desk job, and Dean Keating sets them up remotely from Horndean, Hampshire, installed for you in your own tools. The first call is free: 07418 627304.

Where the phrase comes from

The headline on ai-agent.deankeating.com says he will build you an AI workforce, “installed for you, not handed over”. It is a way of saying that the work is split into jobs, and that each job gets its own agent, much as a busy office splits work between desks.

It does not mean software that runs your business. The agents do defined desk jobs, and a person stays in charge.

Four desks in a restaurant

Restaurants are one of the biggest groups on this directory: 85 are listed, counted on 10 October 2026. Take one that does a mixture of tables, parties and the occasional corporate lunch. The desk work divides naturally.

The inbox desk. One agent reads new enquiries and answers common questions across email, web and WhatsApp, day or night, and sorts the rest to the right person.

The diary desk. Another books into the diary, then sends confirmations and reminders.

The quotes desk. For a party or lunch order, a third sends the quote and chases it if nobody answers.

The money desk. A fourth raises the invoice, chases it when late and puts together the weekly report.

Each one has a narrow brief and hands anything awkward to a person. Those are all jobs his website lists.

What it does not mean

It is not a claim that staff become unnecessary, and this page gives no figures for hours or money saved. A host still greets guests; the kitchen still cooks. The agents take the typing, copying and chasing.

Starting with one

You do not need all four desks at once. He begins with the single task that makes the most difference, then adds others once the first is trusted. The stages are a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. It is not a course, not phone answering and not a chatbot product.

Who, where and how much

Dean Keating is an AI automation consultant based in Horndean, Hampshire, not in Bexleyheath; the work is remote. There is no published price list and the cost is given after the free call. See the restaurants category for the businesses this could suit.
